Even though I know I can’t finish it all, greed gets the better of me. Trying to fit so many ingredients into a small bowl, I end up pressing down hard on the frozen meat just to pack it all in. Then I pile on various veggies and toppings until the bowl is impossibly full. By the time I hand it over to the griddle cook, the giant stack of food honestly looks like a small miracle. Sitting down to eat, it’s always delicious, but I constantly find myself taking way more than I can actually handle. Since it's a flat rate, I guess I just get overly greedy trying to get my money’s worth. Seeing how this place has held down the exact same spot in the Brea Mall food court since day one, it definitely seems to have a steady, loyal following.

This chain is an institution in socal malls. Stark contrast in their long line while other food court places are empty. They really allow you to pack all you can, generously topping up with noodles once the bowl is on the grill, so don't worry about leaving space for noodles (just don't leave any). Unspoken rule that one bowl is enough for two. Shout out to the Ramona flowers type girl working there packing bowls for takeout orders. She pulled no punches and taught me some tricks to unashamedly maximize portions.

So sad that their prices keep going up and there quality and quantity keeps going down. $20 for a meal with chicken and beef and you show me where the meat is such a joke.

I’ve been to a lot of Mongolian food spots throughout Riverside County, Orange County, and LA County, and hands down this place stands out from the rest. Their prices are the same as everyone else’s, but the quality and service are on another level. What really impressed me is that they actually pay attention while cooking your food. If they notice your plate is light on noodles, they don’t hesitate to add more. They cook the noodles separately at the end, so they don’t come out overcooked or soggy. Everything is made fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure every meal comes out right. Easily one of the best Mongolian food spots I’ve had in a long time.

So I asked for rice instead of noodles they said sorry we charge for rice I said ok how about no noodles they said same charge and guess what that little side of rice is $3.23! NEVERMIND, guys bring your own rice or go next door to Panda Express to get it cheaper, they need management and o teach the staff better customer service, not worth it, service makes a difference and you won’t get it here. So ended up getting this plate on the pic and now I just lost my appetite…🤦🏻♀️
